DAY 21 WEDNESDAY: APRIL 2021

HAVE A PRIESTLY VOCABULARY IN LIFE!

And has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. (Revelation 1:6).

Every Christian is a priest unto the Lord in life. As a priest to the Lord, God wants you to speak and behave like Him in life. A priest does not speak vulgar language because that is not part of his nature in life. But he is known to speak words that edify and bring glory to God in life. In the opening text, the Bible says that God has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. Of course, every Christian should endeavor to take note of the fact that God indeed expects him to speak priestly vocabulary in life. Therefore, he is expected to take note of the fact that he is a priest unto the Lord and it is his duty to speak the priesthood language to the glory of God in life. Hence whenever a Christian learns to always speak in priestly vocabulary in life, he absolutely becomes God’s divine blessing to humanity in life forever.

The Bible further expatiated your priesthood in God when it stated in 1 Peter 2:9 thus, “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” Therefore, a Christian is a priest that had been called out of darkness to live in God’s marvelous light in life. God has made him His priest forever because of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross in life. Indeed, he should learn to talk like a priest unto the Lord and often speak priestly vocabulary in life forever.

In fact because a Christian is a priest unto the Lord, he should never allow words that are corrupting and defying come of out of his mouth because he is very special and precious to God in life. That is the reason why the Bible says in Ephesians 4:29, “Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.” In fact, the Word of God has the ability and capacity to impart grace to the hearers in life.  It is highly the duty of every Christian to shun every form of corrupting words, but learn to speak words that are edifying and imparting grace to the hearers in life. God expects a Christian as a believer to absolutely have and often speak in priestly vocabulary in life forever.

Daily Tip: Every Christian is expected to have a priestly vocabulary, and speak words that edify and impart grace to the hearers in life forever. Shalom!
