DAY 10 TUESDAY: NOVEMBER 2020

LEARN TO PROPHESY GOD’S VICTORY IN LIFE!

…Out of the belly of Sheol I cried, and You heard my voice. For You cast me into the deep, into the heart of the seas, and the floods surrounded me; all Your billows and Your waves passed over me. Then I said, ‘I have been cast out of Your sight; yet I will look again toward Your holy temple (Jonah 2:2-4).

Every Christian should learn to prophesy God’s victory in life. Always learn to declare God’s victory in life. The Bible says in the opening text that out of the belly of Sheol I cried, and You heard my voice. For You cast me into the deep, into the heart of the seas, and the floods surrounded me; all Your billows and Your waves passed over me. Then I said, ‘I have been cast out of Your sight; yet I will look again toward Your holy temple. Of course, every Christian should endeavor to take note of the fact that he should learn to always prophesy God’s victory in life. A life that learns to always prophesy God’s victory is indeed a life that cannot be caged or defeated in life forever.

Jonah was still in the belly of the fish when he prophesied God’s victory in his life. He never waited till he is out of the fish’s belly before he could prophesy in life. He prophesied God’s Word according to His principles of faith thus, “…God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did” (Romans 4:17). Therefore, whenever a Christian learns to prophesy God’s victory in life during difficulties and trials, he is definitely reviving dead situations into life according to God’s agenda. Jonah prophesied God’s victory into his life even in the midst of dead challenge in life. A life that always prophesies God’s victories is of course a life that lives to enjoy the victories of God in life forever.

A Christian should not wait until things are normal and smooth before he can prophesy God’s victory into his life. That is the reason why Jesus Christ said in Mark 11:23 thus, “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” In fact, a Christian should always learn to prophesy God’s victory no matter the challenges and situations in life. Declaring God’s victory in life is indeed a divine mandate to every Christian in order to remain victorious over life’s situations and challenges forever.

Daily Tip: Do not be silent waiting for an opportunity in life that may never come your way, but just learn to always prophesy God’s victory in life by faith in Christ Jesus and see things falling into pleasant places for you in life forever. Shalom!

Golden Text: Again He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! (Ezekiel 37:4).
