DAY 24 SATURDAY: OCTOBER 2020

FROM GLORY TO GLORY IN LIFE!

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord (2 Corinthians 3:18).

As a Christian, you have the glory of God in your life. Every child of God carries God’s glory and majesty in life. Whenever you come into God’s presence and fellowship with Him; the glory of God in your life increases. This is why as Christians; we must not neglect the gathering of God with other believers in life. Each time we come together to fellowship with the Lord and listen to His Word, we experience more of His glory in our lives. That is the reason why the Bible tells us in Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.” Of course, every Christian should endeavor to take note of the fact that God wants him to grow from glory to glory in life. As you study and meditate upon the Word of God, you are experiencing more of His glory daily in your life forever.

Even though, the glory may not be seen in the physical realm; but in the spirit realm, it is great and mighty in life. As you go deeper in studying God’s Word and meditating upon it daily; the glory of God becomes more real and manifest into reality in life. That is why Isaiah 40:5 says, “The glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” Therefore, the glory of God in the life of a Christian can never be hidden because it is highly efficacious and contagious in life forever.

The glory of every Christian varies in life. Some are carrying greater glory; while others are carrying lesser glory. The level of glory one carries depends on his relationship with the Lord in life. The closer you are to God, the greater your level of glory in life. Also, the farther you are from God, the lesser your level of glory in life. But one thing is certain; God wants you to experience His greater glory in life. That is the reason why the Bible tells us in Isaiah 60:1, “Arise, shine: for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.” In fact, the glory of God is truly risen upon every child of God and he is expected to shine it forth daily in his life. I prophesy to you as God’s servant that this year shall be your year of greater glory in life forever in Jesus Christ Name! Amen (Haggai 2:9).

Daily Tip: Every Christian carries the glory of the Lord. Shine it forth because his light has come in life forever. Shalom!

Golden text: For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory (2 Corinthians 3:9).
