DAY 30 WEDNESDAY: SEPTEMBER 2020

THE FULL MANIFESTATIONS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!

The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord (Isaiah 11:2).

The Holy Spirit is the full manifestations of the divinity in life. It is the Spirit of God working in fullness in the life of man. Without God’s Spirit, man is spiritually dead in life. Christianity is not a religion because the Holy Spirit makes a Christian in life. The Bible says in the opening text that the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. Of course, every Christian should endeavor to take note of the fact that God wants him to show forth the full manifestations of the Holy Spirit in life and ministry. Hence, the full manifestations of the Holy Spirit are the fullness of the Divinity in life forever.

The Holy Spirit is always depicted with seven which symbolizes fullness, perfection and completeness in life. That is why the Bible says in Revelation 5:6, “And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth.” Therefore, the seven horns, the seven eyes and the seven Spirits all represent the full manifestations of the Holy Spirit in life. Of course, seven is indeed the number of God in complete reality in life forever.

The Holy Spirit is the full manifestations of God in the life of a Christian. No wonder every Christian is supposed to be full of the Holy Spirit always in life. That is the reason why the Bible says in Ephesians 5:18, “And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit.” In fact, a Christian is not supposed to be drunk with wine in excess but rather he should be filled with the Holy Spirit in life and ministry. Except a Christian is filled with the Holy Spirit, he can never experience the full manifestations of God as stated in the opening text in life. Therefore, the full manifestations of the Holy Spirit are the divine nature of God in life forever.

Daily Tip: Every Christian is expected to experience the full manifestations of the Holy Spirit in his life and ministry forever. Shalom!
