DAY 28 TUESDAY: JULY 2020

THE MANIFESTATION OF GOD’S GLORY IN LIFE!

This beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory; and His disciples believed in Him (John 2:11).

The glory of God is the awesome presence of God in action. The manifestation of God’s glory is the revealing of His divine power of divinity in life. The Bible says in the opening text that this beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory; and His disciples believed in Him. Of course, every Christian should endeavor to take note of the fact that the manifestation of God’s glory is hereby revealed in his life and ministry daily. The manifestation of God’s glory revealed the actual presence of God in the lives of His people; and increased their faith in life forever.

When the power of God is fully revealed for men to see, the glory of God comes down and dwells in the midst of mortal men in life. That is why the Bible says in Psalm 145:12, “To make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of His kingdom.” Therefore, God always reveals His mighty acts and glorious majesty of His kingdom to His children everyday in life. Every Christian is expected to take note of the fact that the glory of God is the manifestation of His divine presence with mighty act of miracles in life. God constantly reveals the manifestation of His awesome presence and glory through His mighty acts in life forever.

The glory of Jesus Christ is much more excellent than the glory of Moses because Jesus Christ represents the ministry of righteousness; while that of Moses represents the ministry of condemnation in life. That is the reason why the Bible says in 2 Corinthians 3:9, “For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.” In fact, Jesus Christ’s glory is found in the ministry of righteousness, sanctification and grace in the Lord. The Bible stated further that Jesus Christ is the hope of our glory in life. Indeed, the glory of Jesus Christ’s ministry far more exceeds the condemnation and death of Moses’ ministry in life forever.

Daily Tip: You are privileged as a Christian to manifest God’s glory because Jesus Christ is the hope of your glory in life forever. Shalom!

Golden Text: For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious (2 Corinthians 3:11).
