GOD WISHES YOU GOOD THINGS OF LIFE!
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers (3 John 2).
God wishes you every good things of life. God can never wish any of His children poverty, ill-health and suffering in life. Therefore, when you are going through poverty, ill-health and suffering in life, you should never think that God is the cause of it. In the opening text, the Bible says that beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. Of course, it is absolutely the will of God for a Christian to prosper in his health, soul and every aspect of his life and ministry. God wishes you good things of life forever.
Every good thing you can ever think of in life had been given to you by God. Nothing did God withhold from you because all things are yours in Christ Jesus (1 Corinthians 3:21). That is why the Bible tells us in 2 Peter 1:3, “As His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue.” Therefore, through God’s divine power a Christian receives the life of godliness, knowledge, glory and virtue. God wishes you good things of life forever.
God is ready to do anything for your sake because you are special and precious to Him. That is the reason why the Bible says in Romans 8:32, “He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” There is nothing in life that is greater than Christ Jesus, the Son of God. If God could forfeit His begotten Son’s life for your sake; therefore, nothing He will ever withhold from you. Indeed, a Christian should of a necessity take note of the fact that God has made the greatest sacrifice for the well-being and redemption of mankind forever.
Daily Tip: Every Christian should take note of the fact that God wishes Him every good thing of life forever. Shalom!
Golden Text: By which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust (2 Peter 1:4).
