INFLUENCE YOUR WORLD WITH GOD’S WORD!
And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak (2 Corinthians 4:13).
As a Christian, you are being admonished to influence your world with God’s Word. The Word of God has absolute power and authority. When you believe and accept it, it works wonders beyond your imagination and comprehension. The Bible says in the opening text that since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believe and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak. Every Christian is hereby admonished to always speak God’s Word in order to influence his world positively to the glory of God.
In the book of Mark chapter 11:13-21, the Bible explained vividly how Jesus Christ cursed the fig tree because of its failure to bear fruits. Jesus Christ just spoke the Word, and that was all. The following day the Bible says thus, “And Peter, remembering, said to Him, ‘Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away” (Mark 11:21). The ability to always decree favor of God according to His Word and abolish evil in your life had been given to you as a Christian. A Christian should learn to influence his world positively with God’s Word by speaking it.
A Christian should never be silent, but he should learn to speak His Word. God’s Word has the potency to influence your world to the glory of God. That is the reason why Jesus Christ said in Mark 11:23, “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” Of course, faith in God is a basic necessity to influencing your world as a Christian to the glory of God forever.
Daily Tip: A Christian should always speak God’s Word into his life positively in order to influence his world to the glory of the Lord. Shalom!
Golden Text: But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm (Matthew 8:26).
