PREDESTINATE FOR A DIVINE MANDATE BY GOD!
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations (Jeremiah 1:5).
The word, “Predestinate” simply means to be chosen and ordained by God even before one is born in life. Therefore, everyone had been predestined by God for a divine mandate in life. Your existence is not by chance or coincidence in life. The Bible says in the opening text that before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations. Of course, every Christian should endeavor to take note of the fact that he had been chosen and predestined for a divine mandate by God in life. The life of a Christian had been predestinated by God even before the foundations of the world were laid in life forever.
Apostle Paul was aware of this theology when he wrote his epistle to the church in Galatia and he stated thus, “But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me through His grace” (Galatians 1:15). Therefore, God was indeed highly pleased to choose and separate a Christian for a divine assignment right from the foundations of the world in life. Every Christian should take note of the fact that God chose, ordained and separated him from his mother’s womb for a divine mandate in life. Therefore, he is never a product of coincidence or by chance in life forever.
God knew and He is aware of your divine mandate even before the foundations of the world were laid in life. This is why you are very special and unique before God in life. That is the reason why the Bible tells us in Romans 8:29, “For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.” In fact, God foreknew, predestined and conformed a Christian to the right image of Jesus Christ who is the only begotten Son of the Father in life. Therefore, a Christian’s existence had been ordained by God for a special purpose or assignment in life forever.
Daily Tip: Every Christian should take note of the fact that his existence had been predestined by God for a divine mandate; therefore, he is not a product of coincidence or by chance in life forever. Shalom!
